Walk Like an Egyptian

Students wrote an acrostic poem using the word "Egypt" and incorporated different facts they learned about Egypt during our unit studying this ancient civilization.

Yellow is a color of the pharaoh’s jewels.
Pharaohs are gods on earth for Egypt.
They write in hieroglyphics on the coffins and walls.
